1. Definitions

"Estra Financial Consultancy Service", also known as "Estra Finance" or "Estra", refers to a business duly registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with DTI Business Name No. 5980911, with registered address at Unit 5A, 5th Floor, Hollywood Square, No. 33 West Avenue, Nayong Kanluran, Philippines.

"Platform" refers to the Estra Finance website, mobile application, and all related tools, features, and services.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform, including borrowers, referral partners, and advisors.

"Lender" refers to any bank or financial institution available through the Platform, including but not limited to BDO, BPI, China Bank, Union Bank, Security Bank, Metro Bank, Maybank, and PNB.

"Loan Application" refers to any application for a home loan, refinancing loan, or equity loan submitted through or facilitated by the Platform.

"AI Assistant" refers to the artificial intelligence-powered chat tool integrated into the Platform.

2. Nature of Service — Facilitation Only

Estra Finance is a loan facilitation and comparison platform. We are NOT a bank, lender, financial institution, mortgage broker, investment adviser, or licensed financial counsellor.

Estra's role is strictly limited to:

• Helping users compare home loan options across partner lenders
• Collecting and routing loan application information and documents to selected lenders
• Providing general educational information about home financing
• Tracking application status based on lender updates

Estra does NOT:

• Make lending decisions or approve loans
• Guarantee any loan approval, interest rate, or loan terms
• Act as agent, representative, or employee of any bank or lender
• Provide licensed financial, legal, tax, or investment advice

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on this Platform — including content generated by the AI Assistant, savings calculators, loan comparisons, rankings, or any written or verbal communication from Estra staff — constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice within the meaning of any applicable law.

All information provided is for general educational and informational purposes only. You are strongly advised to consult a licensed financial adviser, lawyer, or tax professional before making any financial decisions.

Estra expressly disclaims any liability arising from your reliance on any information provided on or through the Platform.

4. AI Assistant Disclaimer

The AI Assistant provided on this Platform is an automated tool designed to answer general questions about home financing. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI Assistant does not provide financial, legal, investment, or tax advice
• Responses generated by the AI Assistant may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• AI-generated responses must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision
• You must independently verify all information with your chosen lender or a qualified professional
• Estra accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated content

5. Savings Calculator and Projections

Any savings estimates, interest rate comparisons, or financial projections displayed on the Platform are illustrative only. They are based on publicly available lender data, general loan assumptions, and the information you provide.

Projected savings do NOT constitute:

• A guarantee of actual savings
• A guarantee of loan approval
• A guarantee of the interest rates shown
• A representation of final loan terms

Actual loan terms, rates, savings, and approval outcomes are determined exclusively by the lender following full credit assessment and underwriting.

6. Loan Rankings and Recommendations

Loan rankings and comparisons displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. Rankings are generated based on your submitted information and do not constitute a recommendation to use any particular lender.

You acknowledge that:

• Rankings do not guarantee you will qualify for the listed products
• Lender products, rates, and eligibility criteria may change without notice
• Estra may receive referral compensation from lenders when loans are approved through the Platform
• Such compensation does not affect the interest rates or terms offered to you by lenders

7. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and current
• You have the legal authority to submit the information provided
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security features
• You are at least 18 years of age

You acknowledge that submitting false or inaccurate information may result in loan rejection, termination of your access to the Platform, and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Data Privacy and Consent

Your personal and financial information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By using this Platform, you consent to:

• The collection of your personal and financial information
• The sharing of your information with your selected lender(s) for loan processing purposes
• Estra retaining records of your application and document submissions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Estra Finance and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loan rejection or denial by a lender
• Any change in interest rates or loan terms offered by a lender
• Any delays in lender processing or communication
• Any loss, damage, or expense arising from your reliance on information provided by the Platform or the AI Assistant
• Any inaccuracy in data provided by third-party lenders
• Any technical interruption or unavailability of the Platform

Estra's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Estra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Referral Partner Terms

If you are a referral partner (including insurance advisors, real estate brokers, or other professionals), you additionally agree that:

• You will not make any representation, guarantee, or promise regarding loan approval or terms to clients
• You will not present yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of any lender
• You will only refer clients using approved Estra materials and referral links
• Commission payments are conditional on successful loan approval and are subject to Estra's Commission and Referral Disclosure
• Estra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI tools, and data, is the exclusive property of Estra Finance or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Estra Finance.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including lender websites. Estra does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

13. Amendments

Estra reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
